Terms of Service
Last updated: September 10, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the LeadVector platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
LeadVector is an outbound sales platform. It lets you find and verify professional contact data, organise it into lists, connect your own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes, warm them up, run multistep email campaigns from them, and manage replies in a unified inbox. The Service is available through our web application, through LeadVector AI, through the public API, and through the command-line interface. Features described on our website as planned or coming soon are not part of the Service until they are released.
3. Account Registration and Access Keys
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and any API access keys you create, and for all activity that occurs under your account or your keys, whether through the web application, LeadVector AI, the API, or the command-line interface. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or keys.
4. Teams
A workspace owner may invite team members and set their permissions. The owner is responsible for the conduct of every member, for the data they upload, and for the messages they send. Credits, connected mailboxes, lists, and campaigns in a workspace are shared according to the permissions the owner sets, and removing a member ends their access to the workspace.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, CASL, and their equivalents)
Email anyone you do not have a lawful basis to contact, or continue to email anyone who has opted out or asked you to stop
Use misleading sender names, subject lines, headers, or content
Connect a mailbox you do not own or are not authorised to use
Harvest or collect data for purposes other than legitimate business purposes
Upload data you do not have the right to process
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided API and command-line interface
Use warm-up, LeadVector AI, the API, or the command-line interface to circumvent sending limits, provider policies, or these Terms
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the data obtained through the Service
Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
6. Connected Email Accounts and Sending
By connecting a mailbox you authorise LeadVector to send, read, organise, and forward messages in that mailbox on your behalf, within the permissions you grant on the provider’s consent screen. You remain the sender of record for every message sent through the Service and are responsible for its content, its recipients, and its compliance with applicable law. Your use of a connected mailbox is also subject to the terms of Google or Microsoft, as applicable.
Sending is subject to the limits of your plan and to the daily limits you set per mailbox. To protect deliverability, comply with provider policies, or stop abuse, we may throttle sending, pause a campaign, pause warm-up, or disconnect a mailbox, and we will tell you when we do. We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered or will reach the inbox.
7. Email Warm-up
Warm-up exchanges automated messages between mailboxes connected to the Service by you and by other LeadVector customers, and interacts with them to build sender reputation. By enabling warm-up on a mailbox you consent to receiving warm-up messages from other participating mailboxes and to LeadVector opening, replying to, labelling, and moving those messages. You must not use warm-up traffic for any purpose other than building reputation. Warm-up improves the signals that mailbox providers use, but we do not guarantee any particular reputation, placement, or deliverability outcome.
8. LeadVector AI
LeadVector AI carries out actions in the Service on your instruction, such as searching, verifying, building lists, drafting campaigns, and adding leads, using the credits on your account in the same way as if you had performed the actions yourself. The AI only performs actions that exist in the Service and may decline requests that are out of scope, unsafe, or unclear. Its output may contain errors, and you are responsible for reviewing what it produces and for anything sent to a recipient as a result.
9. API and Command-line Interface
The API and the command-line interface give you programmatic access to the Service under your access key. Requests are subject to rate limits per key and per route, which we may change with notice. You must keep access keys confidential, must not share or resell access, and must not use the API to build a competing data product. We may revoke a key or suspend access that we reasonably believe is being abused.
10. Credit System
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you perform searches, verifications, or enrichment operations, whether you run them in the web application, through LeadVector AI, through the API, or through the command-line interface, and a credit is charged only when a valid result is returned. Credit allocation depends on your subscription plan and is shared across a workspace. Credits are non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and allocation with 30 days notice.
11. Payment Terms
Paid subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees. If your payment method fails, we may suspend your access to paid features until payment is received. We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days prior notice.
12. Data Usage and Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your use of data obtained through the Service, and of the leads and messages you bring to it, complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, PECR, CASL, and any other applicable data protection, privacy, and electronic marketing laws. You agree to use the data only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable anti-spam legislation. For the lead data you upload, the messages you send, and the mailbox content we process on your behalf, you are the data controller and LeadVector acts as your processor. LeadVector stores and processes all data on servers located within the European Union in full compliance with GDPR. A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available upon request for customers who require one under applicable data protection laws.
13. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LeadVector and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software. You retain ownership of the data you upload and the messages you write.
14. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party services, including Google and Microsoft for connected mailboxes, data and verification providers for contact data, AI model providers for LeadVector AI, and a payment processor for billing. Your use of those services through LeadVector is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make to their services or policies. Integrations described on our website as planned are not part of the Service until they are released.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadVector shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
LeadVector is committed to providing a reliable, secure, and high-quality service. We invest in infrastructure, security measures, and data verification processes to deliver accurate and up-to-date information. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that contact data is complete or accurate, that any email will be delivered or reach the inbox, or that output from LeadVector AI is free of errors. As with any cloud-based service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
17. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms, if your sending harms the deliverability of the Service or other customers, or if you engage in conduct that we reasonably determine is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, connected mailboxes will be disconnected, and running campaigns will stop. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law. You may request an export of your data prior to termination. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco, California. If you are a resident of the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory EU consumer protection laws, including your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
19. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
